Descripción de la vacante

Eaton in Dubai is seeking a skilled engineer to support Panel Builders across technical aspects from bid to handover. You will coordinate with channel partners, manage partner agreements, and lead technical meetings with consultants and clients to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in LV projects, strong UAE market knowledge, and a background in Electrical Engineering. Join a global team delivering power management solutions and ongoing development opportunities.

Formación

Bachelor or Master in engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Panel Builder industry.
Proven track record leading complex LV projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE market, IEC standards and utility requirements.

Responsabilidades

Support Panel Builders on all technical aspects end to end.
Coordinate with Panel Builders channel from bid to project handover.
Manage partner agreements with country organization, legal and Marketing teams.
Lead technical meetings with Consultants/Clients during project stage.
Coach PB channels during assembly and ensure full compliance to Eaton's requirements.
Work with product managers to launch products meeting market requirements.
