Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Dubai is seeking an EPLAN Design/Automation Engineer responsible for the engineering, quotation, and technical clarification of customized pre-wired distribution boards. This role involves creation and maintenance of engineering drawings in EPLAN, supporting EEC development, and collaboration with sales and manufacturing teams.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 4+ years of relevant experience, and be proficient in EPLAN Electric P8 and Pro Panel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in planning and engineering of customized pre-wired distribution boards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain engineering drawings using EPLAN Electric P8.
• Support the definition and validation of construction kits and options.
• Collaborate with Sales and Manufacturing teams.

Skills

Hands-on experience with Bidmanager

EPLAN Electric P8

Strong knowledge of engineering standards

Advanced CAD skills

Understanding of engineering data structures

Fluency in English

German (advantage)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
