Career Land Center, LLC seeks an experienced Chef de Partie – Pan-Asian Concept for a 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait. You will craft and present Pan-Asian dishes, maintain high standards, and manage daily mise en place in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure during busy service periods. Candidates should have proven Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie experience within a similar luxury concept, solid knowledge of

Qualifications

• Experience in Pan-Asian cuisine is essential.
• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury setting.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present Pan-Asian dishes according to outlet standards.
• Maintain consistency, quality, taste, portioning, and presentation across sections.
• Manage mise en place, food prep, and service requirements efficiently.
• Support menu items, specials, and signature dishes for the Pan-Asian concept.
• Coordinate with Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and kitchen brigade during service.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
• Monitor stock levels, food rotation, storage, and cleanliness.
