Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious royal palace in Abu Dhabi. You will supervise civil construction activities ensuring high standards align with project specifications and uphold safety requirements.

You will review plans, schedules and QA/QC, coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams, and conduct regular site inspections. Strong leadership and stakeholder communication are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil supervision, particularly in high-profile or luxury projects.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication to liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at the royal palace site.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications.
• Monitor work progress and provide guidance to subcontractors and construction teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used and labor hours.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and engineers to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Ensure that all work performed meets the aesthetic and functional requirements of the royal palace.
