Apt Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Civil Maintenance Inspector to join our team at a prestigious royal palace in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on inspecting civil structures, overseeing maintenance work, and ensuring safety and compliance across palace facilities.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least 5 years of inspection experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to oversee repairs and restoration projects.
• Monitor construction and renovation work to ensure safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and compliance checks.
• Act as liaison between palace management and contractors for civil maintenance projects.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with local laws and regulations.
