Confidential Jobs in Dubai is seeking a Paid Creative Strategy Executive to lead creative strategy, performance marketing and content production for fashion and lifestyle brands. You will translate market trends and performance insights into production-ready briefs for paid social, and manage creative execution from briefing to delivery.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong creative judgment, attention to detail and the ability to drive commercial outcomes

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in performance creative or paid-social
• Strong understanding of paid-social content effectiveness across Meta/TikTok
• Ability to research competitors, customer behaviour and social trends and translate findings into hooks and concepts
• Strong judgement on hooks, sequencing, pacing, text overlays, product visibility, messaging and CTAs

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitor advertising, social platforms and category trends to identify new opportunities
• Turn insights into clear, production-ready briefs for creative and content teams
• Select strongest assets for use across paid-social campaigns
• Create detailed post-production briefs for designers and editors
• Review edited assets against the brief and ensure platform-specific requirements
