Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Dubai. You will own the day-to-day creation of static, animated and motion assets for paid social across multiple fashion and lifestyle brands.

You will work closely with Paid Media and Creative Strategy to translate briefs into high-performing creative, manage high volumes and iterate rapidly to maximize campaign results.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design, paid social or performance creative.
• Strong portfolio across digital and motion work.
• Solid understanding of Meta and TikTok formats for paid content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Attention to typography, composition and visual storytelling.
• Able to deliver high-volume, iterative creative quickly.
• Commercial mindset with sharp attention to details.
• Excellent time management and multi-project delivery.
• Collaborative, proactive team player in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Create high-performing static, animated and motion assets for paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta.
• Translate paid media briefs, campaign objectives and creative strategies into engaging, commercially focused creative.
• Develop creative around strong hooks, clear product communication, compelling offers and effective calls to action.
• Produce multiple creative variations for testing, including different hooks, messaging, imagery, layouts, formats and CTAs.
• Work closely with Paid Media and Creative Strategy teams to understand performance and turn insights into new creative iterations.
• Adapt successful concepts across different brands, products, markets, audiences and placements.
• Create assets for product launches, promotional campaigns, evergreen acquisition, retargeting and key commercial moments.
• Ensure creative remains aligned with each brand's visual identity while being optimised for performance.
• Design across paid social formats including Feed, Stories and Reels.
• Turn existing campaign imagery, photography, video and UGC into strong paid media assets.
• Manage a high volume of creative output and iterations across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Stay close to emerging trends across paid social, fashion, e-commerce and digital advertising.
• Take ownership of deadlines and proactively communicate priorities, challenges and opportunities.
