Bybit is seeking an experienced Paid Media professional to own and scale global campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and X. You will drive Web-to-App acquisition, optimize landing pages and deep links, and work with regional and product teams to fuel growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of paid media experience with large budgets.
• Hands-on with Meta, TikTok, Google, and X.
• Proven W2A experience and strong attribution knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale global Big Media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, X and others.
• Drive Web-to-App acquisition and optimize landing pages and funnels.
• Develop and optimize mobile manufacturer channels.
• Lead creative optimization via testing and performance analysis.
• Improve CPA, LTV, ROI and user quality with data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Regional, BI, Big Data, Creative and Product teams.
