Job summary

Daos Hub in Dubai is seeking an experienced Program & Ops Event Manager (Padel & Wellness) to own the end-to-end development of Daos Padel as a recurring product and community, from concept to commercial success.

You will coordinate with Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Event Operations to build calendars, negotiate venues, design formats, manage budgets, and cultivate the Dubai padel ecosystem to drive high-impact, sponsor-friendly events.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in events.
• Proven ability to own and deliver projects end-to-end.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and budgets.
• Strong operational mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual/quarterly calendar of padel activities and propose new event formats.
• Create and own event concepts: positioning, format, audience, journey, networking mechanics.
• Search for, evaluate, and negotiate with padel venues across Dubai.
• Develop tournament formats with professional operators and referees; ensure logistics run smoothly.
• Own budgets, prepare estimates, control costs, and ensure projects stay within budget.
