Job summary

DPS - Property Exhibition Center in Dubai is seeking an Events, Community & Partnerships Manager to drive attendance. This role focuses on bringing influential speakers, entrepreneurs and industry leaders to DPS, and on forming partnerships with corporates, academies, groups and communities.

You will create events, workshops and collaborations that attract audiences and establish recurring reasons for professionals to visit the venue.

WE ARE HIRING: Events, Community & Partnerships Manager – Dubai

DPS is looking for a high-energy, exceptionally well-connected person whose primary responsibility is simple: CREATE FOOTFALL.

This is NOT a traditional event-management role.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Bring influential speakers, entrepreneurs, creators and industry leaders to DPS
• Build partnerships with companies, academies, business groups, communities and associations
• Create events, workshops, networking sessions and collaborations that bring their own audiences
• Build relationships with influencers and personalities who can generate real attendance
• Create recurring reasons for brokers, investors and professionals to visit DPS
• Develop barter, media and strategic partnerships
• Maintain a strong calendar of activity throughout the month

Your KPI is not how beautifully you organize an event. Your KPI is how many relevant people you bring through the doors.

You should already have a strong network in Dubai and be comfortable approaching senior people, organizations and communities independently.
