Your mission

As Program & Ops Event Manager (Padel & Wellness) at Daos Hub, your mission is to build and scale Daos Padel as a scalable, ongoing product and community, not just separate events. You will take full ownership of the stream - from concept to execution to commercial success - transforming it into a recurring, high-quality experience that ranges from regular community meetups and corporate games to large-scale flagship padel tournaments that bring together founders, executives, investors, and teams in Dubai.
