As a PACU Nurse, you will care for patients recovering from anesthesia, monitor vitals, and collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgeons. The role emphasizes safety, patient comfort, and efficient recovery in a state-of-the-art environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a Western-accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PACU experience in a hospital setting.
• Eligible for or in possession of a DHA license or eligibility letter.
• BLS and ACLS certification are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to post-operative patients in the recovery unit.
• Monitor vital signs and consciousness after anesthesia and surgery.
• Assess pain, nausea, or post-surgical complications and intervene as needed.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and records.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families during recovery.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and best practices.
