Job summary

ChampionX is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist in Dubai, UAE to partner with global procurement and finance teams on source-to-pay activities, vendor onboarding, and PO/IP processes. You will drive process improvements, data integrity, and system adoption within a complex SAP environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, training, and support for a future SAP-based P2P solution rollout, with a focus on compliance and operational excellence across global locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in large SAP transformation projects (SAP MM and S4 MM).
• Hands-on experience implementing and rolling out SAP S4 Hana.
• Experience with source-to-pay platforms like GEP or SAP Ariba preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environment.
• Robotic Process Automation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain outline agreements in SAP globally per sourcing requirements.
• Review blocked invoices for timely resolution.
• Prepare training documents and train other functions on procedures.
• Audit procurement data and maintain vendor master data.
