Job summary

Al‑Futtaim Retail is seeking an Operations Associate for overnight stock replenishment in Dubai. You will ensure all departments are fully stocked, accurately presented, and ready for customers before trading begins.

Responsibilities include moving merchandise from stockroom to floor, processing deliveries, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support store readiness. The role requires 1–3 years of retail operations experience, familiarity with handheld scanners, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in retail operations, stock replenishment, warehousing, or inventory.
• Experience with overnight replenishment in supermarkets or department stores is preferred.
• Familiarity with delivery receiving, stockroom operations, and inventory procedures.
• Knowledge of planograms, product facing, pricing labels, and displays.
• Experience using handheld devices and stock systems.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise across store departments during overnight hours.
• Move products from stockroom to sales floor per replenishment priorities.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked before store opens.
• Front-face and arrange products per merchandising standards.
• Prioritize promotional lines and fast-moving items.
• Complete replenishment targets within overnight timelines.
• Receive and process daily deliveries accurately.
• Verify quantities against documents and records.
• Identify and report missing or damaged merchandise.
• Transfer items to correct stockroom or floor locations.
• Follow inventory procedures for receiving, storing, and replenishing.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Use scanners and stock systems accurately.
• Execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Ensure prices and labels match displayed merchandise.
• Prepare promotional displays before trading begins.
• Remove damaged or expired items from the floor.
• Maintain clean, organized departments and stockrooms.
• Support stock loss prevention and waste reduction.
