Job summary

GMG in Dubai seeks a Replenishment Associate to ensure products are stocked on shelves and in stock rooms, supporting timely stock movements from reserve to picking and sales floors. You will follow FIFO/FEFO, verify SKUs and bins, scan movements with handheld devices, and report discrepancies while keeping work areas clean and safe.

At least a High School Diploma and 1–2 years in warehouse or retail replenishment are required, with a hands-on, fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a warehouse or retail replenishment role.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Proficiency with SKU, barcode, and bin location checks.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely replenishment of stock from reserve to picking or sales floor locations
• Ensure accuracy of items replenished according to SKU, barcode, and bin location
• Maintain stock availability by adhering to set minimum thresholds
• Follow FIFO/FEFO principles when replenishing stock
• Coordinate with inventory control and warehouse supervisors for priority items
• Scan and update stock movements using handheld devices or warehouse systems
• Identify and report stock shortages or overages to supervisors
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe
• Assist in regular stock counts or audits when required
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
