Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations and uphold luxury service standards within a premier hotel. You will drive guest satisfaction through attentive leadership, training, and efficient F&B management.

You will train and supervise staff, coordinate with kitchen, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or F&B operations with supervisory duties.
• Strong leadership and staff coaching abilities.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of F&B service standards and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the F&B outlet, ensuring high service standards.
• Train, motivate, and supervise staff to meet performance goals.
• Monitor quality control for all food & beverage items served.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to meet budget.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed.

• Prepare staff schedules and manage time-off requests.
• Conduct staff meetings and communicate updates.

• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices
• Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the food service industry
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Relevant education in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
