Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking an enthusiastic Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily F&B outlet operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

You will train and supervise staff, manage schedules, monitor quality, handle inquiries and complaints, and work with kitchen and marketing teams to grow sales and loyalty.

English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus. The role involves shifts in the evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or F&B outlet operations, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership to train, motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent customer service and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations in F&B.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
