Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an Outlet Manager for Arabic Cuisine to lead daily operations of a luxury restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue through upselling and superior service.

You will manage menus, collaborate with culinary leadership, and develop a high-performing team while upholding safety and quality standards in a premium hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of Food & Beverage experience, including at least 2 years in a management role within an upscale restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine concepts, grilled dining experiences, regional flavours, and food and beverage service standards.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the outlet, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, proactive guest engagement, and effective management of guest feedback and service recovery.
• Oversee the delivery of food and beverage services, ensuring all offerings meet established standards of quality, presentation, consistency, and value.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the outlet's Arabic cuisine offerings, grilled specialties, regional ingredients, and beverage pairings to confidently support guests and the service team.
• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure successful menu execution, seasonal promotions, specialty offerings, and memorable dining experiences.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, menu promotion, guest engagement initiatives, and the effective management of reservations and seating.
• Monitor guest feedback, dining trends, and market developments to identify opportunities for enhancing the outlet's offerings and overall guest experience.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, implementing action plans to achieve revenue targets, profitability goals, and service excellence objectives.
• Ensure effective control of labour costs, inventories, operating supplies, and departmental expenses while maintaining operational standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the outlet team through performance management, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities while ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards

The Outlet Manager - Arabic Cuisine is responsible for leading the day-to‑day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance.
