Job summary

Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai seeks an Outlet Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet, train staff, and uphold luxury service standards. You will drive efficiency, ensure quality, and manage costs while maintaining strong guest relations in a premier environment.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Hotel F&B Management with 4–6 years in luxury hospitality, plus leadership skills to coach a high-performing team.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Jumeriah Emirates Towers.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Organize and supervise the day-to-day operations of the relevant Food & Beverage Outlet to ensure that all work within a specific team is carried out in an efficient manner and provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other Colleagues.
• Manage the implementation of Food and Beverage standards in the outlet ensuring that staff take corrective actions as necessary in adherence to Jumeirah policies and standards.
• Monitor the profitability of the outlet to provide recommendations and/or solutions to improve problem areas and assist with implementing such corrective measures.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.
• Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverages and service offered to guests and elevate any major problems/ complaints to senior management to ensure high service quality as per Jumeirah group quality standards.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management and/or a Health & Safety certification is considered an advantage.
• 4-6 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably within the international luxury hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling procedures, inventory management, and cost control.
• Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
