Skatch is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to directly approach businesses in the UAE, delivering bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services in the field.

You will identify prospects, pitch solutions, generate leads, and close deals through daily client visits, building lasting relationships and meeting field targets in a fully on-ground role. The role requires strong communication, resilience, and self-motivation to succeed in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outdoor/field B2B sales (financial services experience is a strong plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working entirely on-ground.
