Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Change Manager to lead and execute change management activities for strategic transformation programs, ensuring employees, leaders, and stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and equipped to successfully adopt new processes, systems, ways of working, and organizational changes.

You will align multiple business units around a common transformation agenda, manage resistance across diverse stakeholder groups, and balance activities across several concurrent initiatives to

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with at least 10 years relevant experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Effective communication and change storytelling.
• Structured application of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
• Ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and employees.
• Data-driven monitoring of adoption, readiness, and business outcomes.
