Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver organization development and change management strategies to support business transformation.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives by conducting internal diagnosis, process reviews, and system analysis to identify barriers and recommend solutions.
  • Develop and facilitate in-house workshops, events, and interventions to support cultural and organizational change.
  • Create and implement a tailored employee engagement strategy, aligning it with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to establish clear links between engagement initiatives and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with learning and development teams to integrate engagement concepts into supervisor training, ensuring managers act as primary drivers of employee engagement.
  • Conduct focus groups and analyze engagement survey results, translating findings into actionable improvement plans.
  • Design and deliver tools, training materials, and resources to enable leaders and managers to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Leverage organizational events to foster dialogue and sustain engagement momentum.
  • Identify correlations between employee engagement and outcomes such as turnover, productivity, grievances, and overall organizational performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to tailor engagement and OD strategies to divisional or functional needs while maintaining alignment with overall objectives.
  • Oversee the job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions, and job grading.
  • Manage the annual performance appraisal process, ensuring compliance, quality, and consistency across the organization.
  • Oversee the corporate induction program and continuously enhance its effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR in developing HR policies and procedures to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Design, implement, and manage competitive reward strategies including salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness.
  • Manage job evaluation and grading systems in line with internal policies and external best practices.
  • Oversee the compensation review cycle, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive planning.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of total experience, including at least 3+ years in an Organization Development Manager role with proven ability to design and execute OD strategies.
  • Strong expertise in Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading successful organization development projects and supporting large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong ability to influence, build, and sustain relationships at all levels to drive organizational outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
