Job summary

ITHR 360° CONSULTING FZE seeks an Oracle Procurement Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, and deployment across Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Portal in the UAE and Oman. You will design solutions aligned with client processes and industry best practices.

You will also develop training materials and deliver hands-on knowledge transfer to procurement teams to ensure long-term client autonomy after project completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Procurement modules.
• Expertise in purchasing, iProcurement, sourcing, supplier portal processes.
• Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and deployment of Oracle Procurement modules.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map processes to Oracle solutions.
• Configure procurement modules to optimize purchases, supplier management, and invoicing.

About the job Oracle Procurement Consultant (OMAN/UAE)

Oracle Procurement Implementation & Configuration:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Procurement modules, including Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, and Self-Service Procurement.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, map business processes, and design solutions in Oracle Procurement to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Configure procurement modules based on business requirements, ensuring system optimization for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, suppliers, and invoice management.
• Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define system requirements, processes, and reporting needs, ensuring the solution aligns with industry best practices.

Training & Knowledge Transfer:

• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and key stakeholders on Oracle Procurement modules, ensuring they understand how to use the system effectively for procurement tasks.
• Provide hands‑on training to procurement teams on self-service procurement, supplier management, and contract management features.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions to ensure clients can manage and maintain Oracle Procurement independently after project completion.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience working with Oracle Procurement modules (Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle E‑Business Suite), including Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Procurement Contracts.
• Core Procurement Modules: Expertise in procurement processes such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, procurement contracts, inventory management, and invoice processing.
