Job summary

Legend Holding Group Ltd seeks an senior ERP strategy and implementation leader to define the finance ERP vision, operating model and multi-year roadmap. You will manage vendor selection with Oracle and SAP, lead multi-entity deployments, and oversee data governance, IFRS/ VAT alignment, and post-go-live support across the UAE.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in finance/ERP consulting, 10+ years leading ERP selections and implementations, and strong UAE/GCC experience with Oracle and SAP

Qualifications

• Hands-on, end-to-end leadership of finance ERP implementations.
• Experience negotiating licences and contracts with Oracle and SAP.
• ERP programme leadership in UAE or GCC.

Responsibilities

• Define ERP strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with GCFO priorities.
• Lead selection, vendor negotiations and contract terms.
• Oversee data migration, governance, and integrations.
• Chair ERP steering committee and manage post-go-live support.
