Gulf Workforce seeks an experienced IT & ERP Lead to oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across business functions. You will drive ERP governance, vendor management, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and continuous system improvement to support business growth and operational excellence.

Formación

8–12+ years of ERP / IT Systems experience.
Oracle Fusion Cloud experience preferred.
Experience in Engineering, EPC, Manufacturing, or Project-Based Industries preferred.
Experience working with multinational/global teams.

Responsabilidades

IT Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee day-to-day IT operations delivered by MSPs; manage budgets and contracts; monitor SLAs and KPIs.
IT Security & Governance: Own cybersecurity controls; enforce policies; coordinate with MSPs and auditors; establish disaster recovery and BCP.
ERP – Oracle Fusion Cloud: Maintain ERP stability, performance, and data integrity; govern user roles and workflows; support month-end close.
Manufacturing / MRP / Maintenance: Lead MRP implementation and maintenance modules; ensure cross-functional ERP integration.
ERP Enhancements & Digital Transformation: Lead upgrades, testing, release management; drive automation and process improvements.
