Job summary

Nhance Consulting FZE is seeking an experienced Oracle Change Management Consultant to drive organizational change for Oracle transformation programmes across HCM ERP, SCM, Procurement, Finance, and other Oracle Cloud modules. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and is onsite for a 1-year contract.

Key responsibilities include developing change management strategies, conducting stakeholder analysis, leading communication and training initiatives, and tracking adoption metrics post go-live.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Change Management experience on Oracle transformation programmes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, SCM, Procurement, or Finance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Prosci/ADKAR or similar Change Management methodologies is preferred.
• UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Change Management strategies for Oracle implementations.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Lead communication, training and user adoption initiatives.
• Manage resistance to change and support organisational transition.
• Facilitate workshops and engage business leaders and project teams.
• Track adoption metrics and support post-go-live change activities.
