Job summary

Elite Group Holding in the UAE seeks an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to lead change strategy and user adoption across a large-scale digital transformation for a leading automotive distributor.

You will ensure SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Proaxia VSS, Doxis and other systems are effectively adopted, working with project managers, training teams and partners to minimize adoption risks and maximize business readiness.

Qualifications

8–12 years of OCM experience in large IT or digital transformation programs.
ERP/CRM implementations experience (SAP/Salesforce preferred).
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication planning skills.
Experience coordinating with external partners and system integrators.
Experience leading training and business readiness activities.
Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the digital transformation roadmap.
Identify organizational change impacts across departments including Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Customer Experience and Operations.
Create a structured Change Management Plan with communication, training, stakeholder engagement and adoption monitoring.
Ensure change activities are integrated into the overall program delivery plan.
Identify stakeholders and develop stakeholder engagement strategies; coordinate with leadership and transformation teams.
Develop structured communication plans and materials for program updates and readiness.
Lead training strategy with end-user training, role-based sessions and go-live readiness.
Define change adoption metrics and monitor adoption post go-live; provide mitigation strategies.
