Job summary

Jamjoom Pharma in the UAE is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Ophthalmology to drive growth and market access within the UAE healthcare landscape.

You will lead strategic brand plans, strengthen brand positioning, and support successful product launches by collaborating with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Supply Chain teams. A minimum of 10 years in pharma with ophthalmology exposure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is required.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharma, including 3–5 years in Brand Management.
• Ophthalmology experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with branded generics and new product launches is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes annual brand plans aligned with business strategy and commercial objectives.
• Tracks brand performance, market dynamics and growth drivers to maximize ROI.
• Supports new product launches with launch plans and KPI monitoring.
• Drives digital marketing initiatives and omnichannel engagement.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
