Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an Operator to support 24/7 security patrols at sensitive locations. You will respond to incidents, secure scenes, and coordinate with authorities as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1–5 years of relevant experience in operations or related fields, and strong Arabic and English communication skills. Candidates should be proficient with monitoring systems and able to work under pressure.

Job Title: Operator

Reporting To: Manager

Main roles and responsibilities:

• Work on 24/7 security patrols at sensitive locations, ensuring immediate response and direct handling of security incidents and reports that may affect the authority's sites.
• Immediate response to crime scenes or incidents within the authority's facilities and securing the location until security authorities arrive.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree

1-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in operations, control rooms, transportation, logistics, or a similar environment.

Strong Arabic and English communication skills.

Good computer skills and ability to work with operational/monitoring systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor operations accurately.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly when responding to operational issues. Ability to follow procedures, safety requirements and instructions accurately.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to incidents or changing situations. Flexible to work rotational shifts, including the 8 AM-4 PM and 4 PM-12 AM schedules.
