Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an Operator to support 24/7 security patrols at sensitive locations, ensure immediate incident response, and secure sites until authorities arrive.

Reporting to the Manager, the operator will monitor operations, follow procedures, and communicate clearly in Arabic and English. A Bachelor's degree and 1–5 years of relevant experience are required. Rotational shifts include 8 AM–4 PM and 4 PM–12 AM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in operations, control rooms, transportation, logistics, or a similar environment.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with operational/monitoring systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor operations accurately.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly when responding to operational issues.
• Ability to follow procedures, safety requirements and instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Work on 24 7 security patrols at sensitive locations ensuring immediate response and direct handling of security incidents and reports that may affect the authority s sites
• Immediate response to crime scenes or incidents within the authority s facilitates and securing the location until security authorities arrive
