Job summary

Amazon Logistics in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead critical processes, coach Associates, and ensure on-time, high-quality order fulfillment.

You will monitor safety, quality and efficiency, adapt staffing to plans, and collaborate across functions to solve logistics challenges. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and customer-centric service.
