Qualifications

• 8+ years in Middle East financial services, management or operations strategy.
• Experience in a regulated investment dealer environment with trade supervision.
• Proven ability to improve workflows and drive operational efficiency.
• Strong ability to engage with senior management and stakeholders.
• Ability to produce high-quality materials for external audiences.
• Familiarity with crypto/Web3 and digital asset markets.
• Ability to use AI responsibly to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Executive Officer in managing operational functions with third-party providers.
• Implement policies, SLA frameworks, and risk management processes.
• Establish supervision frameworks for trading, staking and custody operations.
• Build resilience frameworks including risk identification and contingency planning.
• Coordinate responses to operational incidents with regulators and internal teams.
• Manage relationships with banks, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Project manage risk initiatives across Legal, Compliance, Security, Finance and Product.
• Support first-line operations including launch assessments and audits.
