Job summary

Royal Infrastructure, part of the Azizi group, seeks an Operations Manager to lead piling and foundation projects in the UAE. The role demands expert oversight of planning, safety, and execution to ensure projects meet specifications, budgets and timelines.

You will coordinate with clients and teams, manage equipment usage, and drive on-site performance with a focus on quality and delivery. GCC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of piling and foundation projects.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and site resources.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, schedules, and costs.
• Supervise piling activities including bored piles, driven piles, CFA, shoring and related works.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, method statements, quality standards and HSE.
• Manage piling rigs, cranes and other construction equipment to maximize utilization.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational and project-related issues.
• Monitor project budgets, productivity and profitability.
• Prepare regular progress and operational reports for management.

Royal Infrastructure is an Azizi group infrastructure/construction entity supporting the delivery of large-scale development projects in Dubai. The company forms part of Azizi's vertically integrated construction ecosystem, working alongside Gardinia Contracting and other specialist group companies. Its activities are relevant to civil, infrastructure, site development and construction operations.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, management, coordination, and execution of piling and foundation projects. The role will ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved engineering specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

The position requires strong technical knowledge of piling and foundation construction, equipment management, project coordination, manpower planning, commercial awareness, and leadership of site operations.
