Job summary

At Leno Legal Advisory in Dubai, we seek a meticulous paralegal to own the QA and end-to-end ADJD submission process for online will registrations. You will review each system-generated will, ensure complete documentation, coordinate court filings, and track cases through to registration, maintaining an auditable trail.

You will liaise with the ADJD registry and translation vendors, escalate complex matters, and help build SOPs and monthly submission metrics.

Qualifications

• Meticulous, checklist-driven working style to catch errors before issues arise.
• Experience with UAE legal processes or court liaison is a strong advantage.
• Bilingual Arabic/English is strongly preferred due to court liaison and translation coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review system-generated will documents for completeness and accuracy using a QA checklist.
• Manage end-to-end ADJD submission: court fee payment coordination, portal submission, tracking through to registration.
• Liaise with ADJD registry to resolve queries or rejections, or requests for clarification.
