• Job Summary

  We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our ELV Systems Integration business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, site operations, engineering teams, subcontractors, procurement coordination, client relationships, and project delivery to ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.

  The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ELV systems, systems integration, project management, and UAE construction/project environments.

  Key Responsibilities

  1. Operations Management

  • Manage and coordinate the company's day-to-day ELV operations.

  • Plan and monitor multiple projects from mobilization through completion and handover.

  • Ensure projects are delivered according to approved schedules, budgets, specifications, and quality requirements.

  • Coordinate between management, project teams, engineers, technicians, procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors.

  • Monitor manpower requirements and allocate resources effectively.

  • Establish and improve operational procedures and workflows.

  2. ELV Systems & Technical Coordination

  Oversee projects involving systems such as:

  • CCTV and Video Surveillance

  • Access Control Systems

  • Structured Cabling

  • Public Address / Background Music Systems

  • SMATV / IPTV

  • Intercom Systems

  • Audio-Visual Systems

  • Gate Barrier and Parking Management Systems

  • Other low-current systems

  • Network and security infrastructure

  • Integration between multiple ELV systems

  Ensure proper coordination between ELV systems, MEP services, IT/network infrastructure, and other project disciplines.

  3. Project Management

  • Review project requirements, scope of work, drawings, specifications, and contracts.

  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or operational issues.

  • Conduct regular project and site coordination meetings.

  • Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, testing and commissioning documents, and as-built drawings.

  • Monitor testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover activities.

  • Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, clients, and authorities.

  4. Commercial & Financial Control

  • Monitor project costs, manpower costs, material usage, and subcontractor expenses.

  • Coordinate with the commercial team regarding variations, additional works, claims, and project profitability.

  • Review project budgets and ensure operations are aligned with approved commercial targets.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project requirements.

  • Support management in improving overall project margins and cash flow.

  5. Procurement & Material Coordination

  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.

  • Review material requirements and project procurement schedules.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding technical requirements, delivery schedules, and product availability.

  • Ensure materials are approved before procurement where required.

  6. Team Management

  • Lead and supervise project managers, engineers, supervisors, technicians, and site teams.

  • Set performance targets and monitor team productivity.

  • Identify training and development requirements.

  • Ensure proper manpower planning for ongoing and upcoming projects.

  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional standards.

  7. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and business partners.

  • Attend client meetings and resolve operational and project-related issues.

  • Ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed promptly.

  • Support the business development team with technical and operational input during tenders and new opportunities.

  8. Quality, HSE & Compliance

  • Ensure all projects comply with company quality procedures, project specifications, and applicable UAE regulations.

  • Ensure proper implementation of HSE requirements at project sites.

  • Monitor installation quality and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

  • Support internal and external inspections, audits, testing, and authority approvals.

  9. Reporting & Management

  • Prepare regular operational and project performance reports for senior management.

  • Monitor project KPIs including progress, cost, manpower, productivity, quality, and profitability.

  • Highlight risks, delays, commercial issues, and resource requirements to management.

  • Provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency.

  Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.

  • 5–10+ years of experience in ELV systems integration, low-current systems, or MEP/ICT contracting.

  • Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or senior operational role.

  • Strong knowledge of ELV systems integration and project execution.

  • UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.

  • Experience working with consultants, main contractors, developers, and government/authority requirements.

  • Strong knowledge of project planning, procurement, subcontractor management, and commercial coordination.
