Summary

BK Gulf LLC is looking to recruit Operations Manager - CSA, who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our Data Center & MEP projects related to civil, structural, and architectural works.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of CSA operations, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
2. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
3. Supervise a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
5. Monitor project progress, budget, and quality to ensure timely completion within scope.
6. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to address project requirements and concerns.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing CSA operations in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in project management is preferred.
