Job summary

Khazna Data Centers is seeking a UAEN Senior CSA Engineer to oversee design, construction, and quality control of civil, structural, and architectural aspects of data center projects in the UAE. You will coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of design, construction, fit-out and project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with quality standards.
• Sustainability certifications (LEED, WELL) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit).
• Excellent understanding of building codes, safety, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Review design documents, plans, and specifications with Advisors and Architects of Records for quality and compliance.
• Supervise construction of foundations, building frameworks, and architectural finishes.
• Manage on-site activities to ensure quality control, schedules, and safety.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, ELV, and other disciplines to ensure smooth integration.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites for progress and quality.
• Identify and manage risks related to civil, structural, and architectural design and construction.
• Ensure project delivery within budget, on schedule, and to required quality standards.

We are looking for a UAEN Senior CSA Engineer to join our Data Center Implementation team. He/ she is responsible is responsible for overseeing and managing the design, construction, and quality control of all civil, structural, and architectural aspects of the data centres projects. This includes ensuring that the facility is built to the highest standards in terms of safety, functionality, and compliance with local regulations and industry standards. The Senior CSA Engineer is responsible works closely with various engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the project.
