Job summary

Octalas Baas is seeking a Service Representative for the Finance Department to act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and financial partners, handling inquiries, supporting onboarding, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field, with 1–3 years in finance or customer service and strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Compliance to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and departmental docs.
