Job summary

Skatch inc. in the UAE is seeking an Operations Manager to lead growth across Dubai and Abu Dhabi for a fast-expanding multi-brand restaurant group.

This is a full P&L role with real scope: manage outlets, openings, and performance across two emirates. You will own food and labor cost, EBITDA, and compliance with Dubai Municipality/ADAFSA inspections, while building operating standards the group will inherit.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in F&B operations, with 3+ in a multi-outlet role.
• 3+ years in UAE with hands-on Dubai Municipality/ADAFSA inspection experience.
• Proven ownership of outlet P&L—food cost, labour cost, EBITDA.
• Advanced PIC certification or ADAFSA EFST (or able to obtain).
• UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi for multiple brands.
• Lead P&L management including food cost, labour cost, and EBITDA performance.
• Ensure compliance with local authority inspections and standards.

WE ARE HIRING — OPERATIONS MANAGER Dubai & Abu Dhabi | Multi-Brand Restaurant Group

A fast-growing UAE restaurant group is opening new outlets under new brands across Dubai and Abu Dhabi — and we are looking for an Operations Manager to run them.

This is a full P&L role with real scope: multiple brands, multiple outlets, two emirates, and every new opening in the pipeline.

What you need:

• 6+ years in F&B operations, 3+ in a multi-outlet role
• 3+ years in the UAE with hands-on Dubai Municipality / ADAFSA inspection experience
