Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim's Snow Dome is seeking an Operations Manager for MAF Entertainment to drive operational excellence and guest safety. You will implement SOPs, manage staffing, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class guest experience.

You will oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, lead safety initiatives, and report on performance while enabling long-term growth and revenue optimization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs, ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and readiness across all areas.
• Lead safety, risk management, crisis response, and audits, ensuring full compliance with UAE laws, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and company standards.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, Duty Managers, and team leads to ensure smooth, high-quality operations at all times.
• Deliver a consistent, world-class guest experience by managing feedback, resolving escalations, and reinforcing a strong service culture.
• Optimize revenue and guest flow by monitoring performance, driving KPIs, and collaborating with Finance, Commercial, and Marketing.
• Lead, develop, and engage teams through training, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Support events and seasonal activations through close coordination with Events and support functions.
• Provide operational, financial, and performance reporting, contributing strategic insights and identifying growth opportunities.
