Job summary

GE Vernova's Grid Automation is offering an immersive 12-month ECT program for early-career professionals to drive real-world business transformation. You will apply Lean, quality and process-improvement methods to re-engineer workflows and enhance operating efficiency while supporting cross-functional project coordination.

As an intern, you will gain exposure to strategic transformation, develop dashboards and training materials, and work across teams to standardize processes.

• Process Improvement & Transformation:Identifying operational bottlenecks re-engineering end-to-end workflows and supporting the digitization of manual processes to enhance overall business health.
• Continuous Improvement:Championing Lean methodologies to eliminate waste improve cycle times and drive a culture of sustainable operational excellence.
• Operational Reporting:Translating complex process improvement data into high-impact dashboards and presentations to provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Change Management & Training:Facilitating the adoption of new processes through the development of training materials job aids and stakeholder workshops designed to institutionalize better ways of working.
• Strategic Coordination:Supporting cross-functional project management and harmonization initiatives acting as a bridge between teams to ensure alignment on standardized operating procedures.
