Job summary

GE Vernova's Grid Automation is offering an immersive 12-month ECT program for early-career professionals to drive real-world business transformation. You will apply Lean, quality and process-improvement methods to re-engineer workflows and enhance operating efficiency while supporting cross-functional project coordination.

As an intern, you will gain exposure to strategic transformation, develop dashboards and training materials, and work across teams to standardize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field from an accredited university.
• Final-year students eligible for full-time joining.
• Internships, trainings, or work experience up to 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational bottlenecks and re-engineer end-to-end workflows.
• Support digitization of manual processes to enhance efficiency.
• Translate process improvement data into dashboards and presentations for leadership.
• Assist in change management and develop training materials for new processes.
• Support cross-functional project management and SOP harmonization.
