Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in operations, projects or contracting environments.
• Experience in engineering or construction operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across projects and departments.
• Support planning execution and monitoring of ongoing projects.
• Ensure operational processes are followed in line with company standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and workflows.
• Monitor timelines, resources and task completion to improve efficiency.
• Identify operational issues and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams and vendors.
• Track project progress, materials and resource requirements.
• Support documentation and reporting related to project operations.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and service providers.
• Support procurement logistics and service coordination activities.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports, status updates and dashboards.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules and operational documents.
