Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Procurement Analytics Executive with construction industry expertise in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on supporting procurement reporting, spend analysis dashboards, and data-driven decision-making for senior management.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, MIS reports and leverage Advanced Excel to forecast, analyze trends and identify cost-saving opportunities while coordinating with procurement, project finance and technical teams to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 25 years of relevant experience in procurement analytics or supply chain analytics.
• Construction industry experience with exposure to analytics/spend analysis.
• Strong Power BI dashboard development skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare procurement operational, financial and performance reports for senior management.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify trends, variances, cost-saving opportunities and procurement performance gaps.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, MIS reports and data-driven presentations.
• Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Support cost optimization and strategic procurement initiatives while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Validate and consolidate procurement data from multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare management presentations and communicate key insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with procurement, commercial, project finance and technical teams.
• Bridge technical/project teams and management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support procurement performance improvement and business case preparation.
