Qualifications

• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure grooming standards.

• Lead 15-minute daily team briefings and monitor attendance.
• Enforce a no-phone policy to maintain focus and safety.
• Oversee cafe inventory and timely material ordering.
• Submit End-of-Day reports to Area/Regional managers.
• Ensure SOPs are followed with 100% adherence.
