Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport - G25 is seeking a Team Lead to oversee Amazon Now operations. You will manage daily end-to-end site activities, supervise store operations, and ensure metrics are met while controlling costs and upholding safety and team morale.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and 1–3 years of lead experience. You will drive training plans, push process improvements, and stand-in for the Area Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Experience in managing a process and people as a lead (1–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end operations for a large site or multiple sites.
• Supervise store operations and drive performance of the team.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets, safety and morale.
• Drive performance management of team members.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for associates.
• Continuously improve operations processes to achieve sustained performance gains.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits for stores on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager when required.

Basic Qualifications-

Speak write and read fluently in English

Good people management skills Good analytical and problem solving skills 1-3 yrs of experience in managing a process and people as a lead
