Job summary

ADNOC Distribution is seeking a seasoned professional to enhance operational excellence across its retail network. You will manage quality standards, contract administration, invoice payments, and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

The role requires deep knowledge of business workflows, inventory control, and process optimization, with a track record in fuel retail operations within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• 12 years of experience, including at least 6 years in fuel retail industry within the region.
• Deep knowledge of business workflows, operations processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage tracking and measuring of operational excellence within the portfolio of products and services provided, report shortfalls and oversee recommendations for improvements.
• Develop the operating framework for the function and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Plan and lead quality assurance and process improvement initiatives from inception to completion for all operations across Retail.
