Job summary

ADNOC Distribution in Abu Dhabi seeks an accomplished Manager to lead strategic customer accounts across the assigned region, ensuring timely delivery of products and services while upholding ADNOC standards.

You will oversee fuelling activities, manpower planning, customer service, reporting, HSSEQ compliance, and tank/depot commissioning, coordinating with internal departments and contractor teams to guarantee uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, business or economics.
• 10 years of experience in aviation fuelling activities including 3–4 years in increasing managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fuelling activities across customer locations ensuring compliance with HSSEQ standards.
• Plan manpower across locations to guarantee full coverage and timely allocation of resources.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to address inquiries and ensure customer needs are met.
• Prepare monthly reports and division checklists, and oversee inspections for safety and compliance.
• Lead commissioning/recommissioning of tanks or depots and supervise contractor work to meet specifications.
