Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced professional to analyse Operations Performance, benchmark KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities across all processes. You will generate detailed reports and support management with actionable insights.

The role focuses on data-driven analysis of planning, execution, and performance indicators, collaborating with units to implement operational improvements and monitor impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering (Desired)
• 6+ years of experience in relevant fields

Responsibilities

• Analyse the Operations Performance and run gap analyses to identify areas for improvement using KPIs and benchmarking.
• Collect and analyse performance data across Operations activities and produce comprehensive reports for performance improvement plans.
• Conduct detailed days reconciliation to identify planning issues vs execution efficiency.
• Review operations performance indicators and recommend changes to indicators or new ones for better measurement.
• Identify weaknesses and best practices to develop recommendations for performance improvement.
• Compile monthly management and shareholder reports on operations performance and improvements.
• Participate in external benchmarking by collecting operational performance data.
• Forecast shortfalls and develop corrective strategies with Planning and Business Improvement.
• Assist in preparation of contractor performance evaluations.
• Coordinate service performance reviews with operations contractors at regular intervals.
• Provide statistical data to managers on objectives and performance.
