Job summary

ADNOC Distribution is seeking a seasoned professional to drive operational excellence across the retail network. You will manage inventory, contracts and payments while leading quality assurance initiatives to align with ISO standards and optimize resources.

The role requires 12 years of experience, including 6 years in the fuel retail sector, and a deep understanding of business workflows and systems. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• 12 years of experience with at least 6 years in fuel retail industry within the region.
• Deep knowledge of business workflows, operations processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage tracking and measurement of operational excellence and report shortfalls.
• Develop the operating framework for the function and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Lead quality assurance and process improvement initiatives from inception to completion for all operations across Retail.
• Monitor operations to assess quality across ADNOC Distribution sites and ensure ISO standardization compliance.
• Oversee stock-taking and inventory variance analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage contracts & agreements administration, scope of work reviews and payment processes.
• Implement quality management tools and drive process excellence and internal audits.
